Once again at The National Ice Cream Retailers Assoc. Convention we were awarded a blue ribbon for our Vanilla custard and received an Honorable Mention for our Peanut Butter custard. Our Vanilla received the highest score!

We have recently returned from the National Ice Cream Retailers Association annual convention bringing home with us yet another Blue Ribbon for our frozen custard. Each year at the convention an independent judging team (usually from the state agricultural college) evaluates samples submitted by the association's members. Two flavors are judged every year (always vanilla with chocolate and strawberry rotating). Obviously, we were very, very pleased with our additional ribbon based on the quality of the competition.

Earlier this year, we were equally pleased to have received the Commercial award from the Garden Club of Cumberland for a "more livable and beautiful community." These honors fulfill some of our goals in establishing The Queen City Creamery and boost our pride in our EMPLOYEES and our CUSTOMERS! From the "Ladies of the Day" to the "Kids at Night," we have an OUTSTANDING staff - nothing else needs to be said! Our staff is only equaled by our customers. You have proven the "naysayers" wrong! People will come to downtown Cumberland for Ice Cream even on Sundays, and they will find a place to park! There is a new spirit in downtown Cumberland, and it is YOU! Yes we are proud of our achievements, but we are Joyful to have you as employees and customers! Thank you.
